Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and infrastructure projects and prior experience working with consultancy firms in the UAE, particularly in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all contractual and commercial aspects of building and infrastructure projects.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and agreements with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and applicable legal requirements.
• Administer variations, claims, extensions of time, and cost control measures.
• Provide contractual advice and support to project teams throughout all project phases.
• Coordinate with legal, procurement, and project management teams to resolve contractual issues.
• Prepare periodic reports on contract status and risk management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in contracts management within building and infrastructure projects.
• Prior consultancy experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and UAE construction laws.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Must be based in Abu Dhabi or have strong work experience in the Abu Dhabi market.
