  • Contract drafting and review: Prepare, review, and finalize contractual agreements to ensure they meet legal and company standards.
  • Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and other third parties to secure terms favorable to the company.
  • Risk management: Analyze contracts to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring the company's interests are protected.
  • Compliance and obligations: Monitor contract performance, ensuring all parties adhere to the terms, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Contract management: Maintain a comprehensive and accessible contract library, tracking deadlines, renewals, and expirations.
  • Dispute resolution: Act as a point of contact to resolve any disputes or issues that arise during the contract lifecycle.
  • Collaboration: Work with various internal departments, such as legal, finance, and sales, to support their contract-related needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
