- Contract drafting and review: Prepare, review, and finalize contractual agreements to ensure they meet legal and company standards.
- Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and other third parties to secure terms favorable to the company.
- Risk management: Analyze contracts to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring the company's interests are protected.
- Compliance and obligations: Monitor contract performance, ensuring all parties adhere to the terms, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Contract management: Maintain a comprehensive and accessible contract library, tracking deadlines, renewals, and expirations.
- Dispute resolution: Act as a point of contact to resolve any disputes or issues that arise during the contract lifecycle.
- Collaboration: Work with various internal departments, such as legal, finance, and sales, to support their contract-related needs.
