Description
As a member of A&M’s global legal team, you will:
A Law degree (LL.B or equivalent) from a recognized institution; additional certifications in commercial law or contract management / postgraduate degree in law (LL.M or equivalent) is a plus.
Experience: Minimum 3+ years, post-qualification experience in commercial contract review and negotiation.
Prior experience in professional services or consulting industry preferred.
Strong understanding of contract law, commercial agreements, and risk assessment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with international contracting standards and cross-border transactions.
