Requirements in 4 Bullets:

• Experience: 15+ years in Contract Management, specifically with Engineering Consultancy firms in Dubai (No Contractor background).
• FIDIC & Laws: Absolute mastery of FIDIC contracts and deep knowledge of Dubai construction laws & market rates.
• Core Tasks: Review and determine Contractor Claims, Variation Orders (VOs), and Extension of Time (EOT).
• Availability: Currently based in the UAE and ready to join immediately.

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Dubai Electrical Engineer: 5 years (Preferred)
• DEWA Approved: 1 year (Preferred)
• Engineering Consultants: 3 years (Preferred)
