Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of contract administration throughout project life cycles.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and agreements to ensure compliance with UAE laws and client requirements.
• Mitigate contractual risks by providing proactive advice to senior management and project teams.
• Manage claims, variations, and disputes, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
• Liaise with legal teams, consultants, and clients on contractual and commercial matters.
• Monitor and enforce contractual obligations of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Develop and implement efficient processes for contract management and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Law, or Business Administration (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum 10–12 years of experience, with at least 5 years in the UAE construction industry.
• Proven experience in infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, bridges, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC and UAE contractual laws.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
