Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in oil & gas construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing all contract and subcontract activities on-site, ensuring commercial compliance and effective project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage subcontract preparation, evaluation, and award processes
• Administer contracts, including variations, amendments, and claims
• Lead negotiations on subcontract terms, pricing, and commercial conditions
• Monitor subcontractor performance, deliverables, and invoice approvals
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards
• Handle contract modifications, disputes, and claims resolution
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and legal teams
• Provide commercial support to project execution teams

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in oil & gas industry
• Strong experience in construction/site-based projects
• Proven track record in managing high-value contracts and subcontracts
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Strong knowledge of contract law, FIDIC (preferred), and commercial practices

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ﷼20,000.00 - ﷼25,000.00 per month
