Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Contracts Manager to oversee and manage all contractual matters related to real estate transactions, development projects, vendor agreements, and client engagements. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of real estate law, procurement contracts, project timelines, and regulatory compliance, ensuring that all agreements are in the company’s best interest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage various contracts related to real estate acquisition, sales, leasing, construction, consultants, vendors, and service providers.
- Ensure all contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards and policies.
- Collaborate with legal counsel to resolve legal disputes, claims, or issues related to contracts.
- Coordinate with project, finance, legal, and procurement teams to align contractual obligations with business goals.
- Track and manage contract lifecycles, renewals, obligations, and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks and implement risk-reduction strategies.
- Maintain a repository of all contract documents and ensure version control.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on contractual best practices and obligations.
- Support due diligence activities during land acquisition or joint venture partnerships.
- Stay updated on changes in real estate laws, government policies, and industry practices.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in contract management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws, RERA (if applicable), property documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and contract management software/tools.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in residential and commercial real estate development.
- Knowledge of FIDIC or other standard contract forms (for construction).
- Familiarity with RERA registration and documentation (for India).
- Understanding of land acquisition processes and joint development agreements (JDAs).

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
