Job Purpose:

1- Ensure all company contracts are legally compliant, accurately drafted, and aligned with organizational objectives.


2-Protect the Group’s legal and commercial interests through effective negotiation, due diligence, and risk management.


3-Support the Legal Manager and Direcotr as well as the business units with expert legal advice to enable informed and strategic decision making.


Job Description:

1- Lead the review, analysis, and negotiation of complex legal contracts to ensure compliance and protect the company’s interests.


2- Conduct and oversee due diligence processes to identify contractual risks and propose effective mitigation measures.


3- Draft and refine contract terms to align with legal requirements and organizational goals.


4- Provide strategic legal support and advice to the Legal Manager and business departments.


5- Manage the entire contract lifecycle — from execution to renewal, amendment, and termination.


6- Maintain and update the legal register of agreements, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.


7- Conduct legal research and oversee translation of legal documents when necessary.


8- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity in all English legal drafting and documentation


Qualifications & Education:

1- Bachelor of Law

2- 3 to 5 years of experience as in-house legal advisor or similar role

3- Excellent drafting and communication skills

4- Contracts management
