Contracts & Procurement Engineer (Qatar)

We are seeking an experienced Contracts & Procurement Engineer to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will manage contract administration and lead procurement activities for construction projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Responsibilities

Contracts Management

• Draft, review, and manage contracts, subcontracts, and project-related agreements
• Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and company requirements
• Prepare and maintain Engineering Schedules/Logs and monitor material approval progress
• Prepare and submit project closeout/dossier documentation for handover

Procurement Responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle including sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers
• Update internal procurement schedules and support weekly management reporting
• Coordinate with the Quantity Surveyor for material quantity requirements
• Oversee material submittals, approvals, and delivery follow-up
• Prepare weekly progress reports on material and procurement status

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Preferred experience in tower projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Valid QID
• NOC required and ready for sponsorship transfer
• Immediate availability is mandatory
