Main Purpose:
A Contract Management Senior Specialist owns the full contract lifecycle, from pre-award to post-award administration, risk and performance management.
Area of Responsibility:

Prepare contract terms and conditions using approved templates, tailoring clauses (indemnity, liability, IP, SLAs, LDs, termination) to each deal.

Coordinate with Legal and key stakeholders to ensure contracts comply with laws, regulations, internal policies, and governance frameworks.

Act as primary point of contact on contractual matters, mediating between internal stakeholders, vendors, and external entities.

Manage contract approvals, signatures, amendments, renewals, extensions of time, and variations in line with delegation of authority.

Develop and maintain contract databases and document control (versioning, archiving, audit trails, templates).

Monitor vendor performance against contract obligations and SLAs; document performance and drive corrective actions where required.

Ensure vendor management processes (qualification, audits, performance reviews) are aligned with regulatory and internal requirements.

Prepare periodic reports on contract status, risks, savings, and performance, and recommend process and system improvements.
Educational Qualification:

Bachelors or Diploma in procurement and supply chain or business administration

CIPP preferred.
Work Experience:

4-6 year of experience in procurement and contract management in a PIF company or government entity
Required Skills:

High proficiency with contract management systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with SAP Ariba is desirable.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, including ability to perform risk and cost/price analysis.

Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to handle multiple contracts/projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
