We are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage the preparation, review, negotiation, and execution of contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent English and computer skills as a must, with preferred experience in contracts and business language. This position is critical to supporting our business operations and mitigating risks through precise contract management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, and legal documents using clear, professional business language.
  • Monitor and identify business opportunities through public Request for Proposal systems, present these opportunities and execute thorough proposals as directed.
  • Work with Sales Director and Sales staff to find decision makers in key accounts.
  • Negotiate contract terms with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts in digital systems, including tracking renewals, amendments, and expirations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Procurement, Finance) to support business initiatives.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify potential issues in contract language.
  • Utilize contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite for efficient document handling.
  • Provide guidance on contract-related queries and best practices in business communication.


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Legal Studies, English, or a related field.
  • Excellent English skills (written and verbal) with proven ability to produce error-free, professional documents.
  • Advanced computer skills (must): Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat; experience with contract management tools (e.g., DocuSign, ContractWorks) is a plus.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of experience in contracts administration, legal support, or a similar role.
  • Preferred: Strong command of business language, including familiarity with legal terminology, NDAs, MSAs, and procurement agreements.
