If you are interested in being a part of our high performing and growing organization – and have strong business expertise, you may be a good fit for our team. Peloton has a unique opportunity for an experienced Contracts Specialist to play a hands-on role for our Operations team.
As a Contracts Specialist you will be responsible for:
  • Act as a main point of contact for contracts collaborating with business stakeholders across the organization including Customer Success Executives, Industry Sales Executives and Customer Success Managers.
  • Manage legal agreements, specifically "Master Service Agreements" (MSAs) and "Statements of Work" (SOWs) supporting contract negotiations involving redlining and customer-facing communications.
  • Execute on contracts and proposals with a high attention to detail, as well as following through with any RFP requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in Finance, Marketing, and other departments to ensure contract terms are favorable and compliant.
  • In alignment with our Chief Legal Officer work to develop and enhance procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy.
  • Utilize Salesforce and Conga for efficient contract management, focusing on team goals and SLA’s.
  • Compose and proof professional business materials with the ability to negotiate, review, revise, and manage the contract life cycle
Required Experience & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Legal, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field with 8+ years of professional experience as a Paralegal or Contract Procurement role.
  • Previous experience in a consulting services or professional services organization preferably in the technology sector.
  • Must have prior experience reviewing contracts (SOW/MSA’s) in order to be successful in this position.
  • Strong technical aptitude with previous experience working within a contracts management system (Salesforce, Conga ideal) as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Sound understanding of language, clauses, and terms commonly found in professional services contracts; knowledge of technology industry is strongly preferred
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive approach to solving problems and supporting team SLA’s.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be accustomed to and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of clients and team members.
