Quick Details Salary Range: Market Competitive Job Type: Full-time Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Experience: 5 Year+ Key Responsibilities Manage the full contract lifecycle, from initial drafting and review to negotiation, execution, and close-out. Ensure all contractual agreements comply with relevant legal frameworks, company policies, and industry standards. Negotiate terms and conditions effectively with vendors, suppliers, partners, and other external stakeholders. Provide expert advice and guidance on contractual obligations, potential risks, and dispute resolution. Develop and maintain an organized, accessible contract management system and database. Collaborate closely with various internal departments to understand their contractual needs and define scope. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Contracts Specialist or in a similar legal/contractual role, preferably within the education or real estate sector.
