KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Ensure full compliance with the organization’s code of ethics, procurement policies, procedures, and applicable regulations to safeguard integrity, promote transparency, and support effective, value‑driven
procurement outcomes.

Apply expanded conceptual knowledge of contracting principles to broaden functional capabilities and strengthen the quality of procurement outcomes.

Communicate complex contracting information clearly to stakeholders to support understanding and effective decision‑making in straightforward situations.

Provide informal guidance to new team members to support their learning, integration, and consistent application of procurement standards.

Analyze and solve routine contracting issues using technical experience, sound judgment, and established precedents to ensure efficient and compliant service delivery.

Lead and coordinate the full development of service contracts.

Evaluate, negotiate, and finalize a wide range of contracts, ensuring alignment with commercial, technical, and legal requirements.

Recommend enhancements to contracting processes and procedures to improve efficiency, compliance, and overall performance.

Monitor and ensure adherence to procurement-related KPIs, proactively addressing gaps or risks.

Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation and correspondence related to all contracting activities throughout the contract lifecycle.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Education
-
bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Operations Management, Engineering or equivalent.
Professional Qualifications (Certifications & Accreditations) One of the below certificates is preferable:

Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) designation through the National Contract Management Association.

Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) designation through the National Contract Management Association.
-
Contract & Commercial Management (CCM) designation through the World Commerce & Contracting Association.
Experience
-
At least 3-9 years of relevant experience in contract procurement role.
Languages

Good communication skills in English (oral and written).
