About Us:

Rajbir Construction Pvt Ltd is a leading infrastructure development company with expertise in highways, bridges, and large-scale civil engineering projects. We are expanding our team and looking for a seasoned professional to head Contracts & Tender Estimation for our ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and submission of bids for NHAI/MoRTH projects.
• Detailed quantity estimation, rate analysis, and cost forecasting for highway and bridge works.
• Studying tender documents, identifying risks, and preparing technical/financial proposals.
• Coordination with design, planning, and procurement teams for bid preparation.
• Negotiation and handling of contract conditions, claims, and variations.
• Monitoring competitor trends and market rates.
• Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and government regulations.

Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in tendering & estimation, specifically for NHAI/MoRTH projects.
• Strong knowledge of B.O.Q. preparation, MORTH specifications, IRC codes, EPC/HAM model.
• Proven track record of successfully handling large infrastructure bids.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
