Job Summary:
The Contractual Compliance Analyst’s primary role is processing core complaint types (as defined in departmental guidelines) related to the Registrar Accreditation Agreement, Registry Agreements, and Consensus Policies.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Review and validate core complaint types, and engage with registrars to ensure compliance with ICANN’s policies and agreements.

Support monitoring, outreach, and enforcement activities.

Track and document compliance trending and share takeaways with and provide recommendations to more senior staff.

Recommend tools, documentation, and process improvements to more senior staff.

Other duties as assigned or requested.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

Proficient with analytical tools (Excel, MySQL), knowledge of data analysis methodology, use of presentation software.

Good verbal communication and time management skills.

Ability to multi-task and to work independently.

Must be well-organized, detail-oriented, self-directed, and able to work within a team environment.
Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree required.

Minimum of 2 years of data analysis, complaint handling, contracts management, or compliance-related experience.

Prior experience working for an international organization preferred.
