In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of financial information within the organization. You may coach and/or provide guidance to team members to ensure complex tasks are completed to organizational standards.
This is a hybrid role based out of our Plano, TX office
Responsibilities:
- This job applies comprehensive knowledge within the Control and Reporting area to independently execute complex tasks and initiatives following best practices and methods with minimal oversight.

Conducts financial modeling and analysis involving cross-functional teams to inform budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.

Advises cross-functional management on financial strategy and risk assessments, ensuring adherence to regulatory and legal requirements.

Communicates financial performance findings to management, informing them of control weaknesses and opportunities for optimization.

Manages regular reviews of financial performance metrics, identifying trends and variances to inform management decisions.

Mentors associates on financial reporting processes and compliance standards, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Contributes to the implementation of key area processes and initiatives, and ensures methods align with the overall functional and business strategy, while operating effectively in a matrix organization to align multiple stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits:

The expected compensation range for this position is between $73,400 - $122,850.

Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field

CPA required

2+ years of accounting experience

Public accounting experience with Big 4 firm
