Control Room Operator

• Perform control room systems monitoring functions i.e. FAS, FAP, CCTV, BMS, PA, ACCESS
• Monitor CCTV system for detection/ reporting of day to day operational issues, incidents or suspicious activities to relevant department
• Maintain records and logs of all information relevant to day to day running of Control Room System such as incidents.
• Manage and communication systems including wireless, telephone to communicate with relevant department.
• Prepare CCTV surveillance reports including the compilations of event data supported with footage, systems, control room logs, communication, etc.
• Conduct system checks on each shift to detect any system faults and report the same.
• Respond to any emergencies in an efficient manner as per defined SOP including handling of nay dispatch for investigation and response.
