Key Accountability Areas

Monitor live orders and resolve disruptions in real time.

Track picker attendance, ensure timely store openings, and report any understaffing or absences.

Coordinate with stores, logistics, and support teams to ensure smooth fulfillment.

Escalate SLA risks and customer-impacting issues promptly.

Track performance metrics and support daily reporting.

Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and service levels.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

1–2 years experience in similar field.

Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.

Effective communicator with attention to detail.

Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; dashboard experience is a plus.

Comfortable with shift work and fast-paced environments.
