  • Act as the primary point of contact for Aid & Relief clients, ensuring timely and effective communication
  • Coordinate end-to-end shipment processes for ocean, air, and road transport specific to humanitarian and relief operations
  • Ensure compliance with customer-specific SOPs, country regulations, and international standards (e.g., INCOTERMS, UN guidelines
  • Monitor and manage shipment milestones via CEVA systems (e.g. CargoWise, Power BI) and proactively communicate updates
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, procurement, customs, etc.) and external carriers or partners to resolve issues swiftly
  • Track and manage documentation (BLs, invoices, packing lists, certificates) and ensure timely submission to clients and stakeholders
  • Support the coordination of emergency response shipments under strict timelines and high-pressure situations
  • Provide accurate, timely reports and visibility to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Escalate service failures and delays proactively and take corrective actions in coordination with relevant departments
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of geopolitical or environmental factors impacting aid delivery routes or customs clearance
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks and suggesting process enhancements
  • Uphold CEVA's commitment to quality, ethics, and customer satisfaction, especially in sensitive humanitarian contexts
  • Manage end-to-end logistics operations (air, ocean, and road) for humanitarian shipments, with a strong focus on African destinations
  • Coordinate with carriers, customs, and local partners to ensure smooth clearance and last-mile delivery across challenging African geographies
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of key African trade lanes, port operations, and infrastructure limitations impacting aid delivery
  • Monitor shipment milestones using CEVA platforms (e.g., Matrix, CargoWise, Power BI) and ensure real-time visibility to clients
