We offer bookkeeping, tax, and advisory services. Profit Matters is hiring a client success manager who's primary responsibility is providing controller/CFO services to clients and overseeing a team of accountants and bookkeepers who make up our incredible team.

We need someone who is passionate about helping entrepreneurs grow and scale their business by increasing their profit margins. We want someone who is a hardworking team player and fits the culture. This is a remote position that offers a very flexible schedule working from home.

• High attention to detail, tasks, and deadlines

• Oversee bookkeepers and accountants performing the work
• Cash flow forecasting
• Budgeting
• Controller/CFO services
• Manage AR/AP
• Manage payroll
• Review and comment on financial statements
• Setup and troubleshoot software and integrations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
