• Manage and oversee all accounting functions including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting tailored to construction projects.
• Ensure accurate project cost tracking, including labor, materials, and subcontractor expenses using construction management software such as ProCore, HeavyBid, or Primavera P6.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets utilizing project scheduling tools like Primavera P6 and Civil 3D to ensure timely completion within financial parameters.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and site teams to review contracts, change orders, and schematic drawings for cost implications and compliance.
• Implement effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure adherence to industry standards and legal requirements.
• Prepare detailed financial analyses for project bids, estimates, and ongoing operations to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead the integration of construction estimating tools with project management systems to streamline workflows and improve accuracy. Experience
• Proven experience in construction accounting or finance roles with a focus on project-based environments.
• Strong proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, or similar platforms.
• Extensive knowledge of construction estimating processes, blueprint reading, contracts management, and schematics interpretation.
• Hands-on experience with project scheduling tools like Primavera P6 or Civil 3D is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with construction site operations and safety protocols is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and compliance throughout all phases of construction projects. Pay: $91,330.44 - $101,559.23 per year
