Controller

Job Description:

A Controller is responsible for supervising daily operations, organizing field teams, and ensuring the proper execution of tasks according to work plans and schedules. The role includes monitoring workforce performance, coordinating activities, and ensuring smooth workflow across all field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise employees and field technicians and monitor their performance.

• Assign daily tasks to technical teams based on work requirements.

• Monitor daily operations and ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Prepare and submit daily reports to management.

• Coordinate between teams to ensure smooth workflow.

• Follow up on field issues and ensure they are resolved efficiently.

Requirements:

• Saudi nationality.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Good organizational and follow-up skills.

• Ability to manage teams and work under pressure.

• Previous experience in telecommunications or construction is preferred.
