Controller (Accounting)

Goldstein & Loggia CPA's LLC; Certified Public Accountants and Consultants located in Manalapan, NJ. We are a rapidly growing public accounting firm (20+ employees) seeking an Accounting Controller to be an integral part of our team.

The work product that we need will include the following:

● Serve as management liaison between the project accounting team and management team

● Lead and manage the accounting department on a daily basis

● Provide end-month, quarter-end, and annual financial statements to the management team

● Preparation of operating budgets and other financial reports

● Forecast cash flow based on upcoming projects, expenditures, investments, and tax liabilities

● Analyze and manage work in progress (WIP) reporting and closing processes

● Oversee full cycle of accounts receivable and accounts payable

● Analyze projects to improve cost management and increase profits

We are looking for an individual with the ability to work in a fast passed environment, analytical thinker with strong attention to detail, excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
