Controls Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Control Engineer to design, implement, and maintain control systems for our automation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in control systems engineering and a passion for developing efficient and reliable automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop control system architectures, design electrical schematics, and specify components.
2. Write and test PLC, HMI, and SCADA programs for automation systems.
3 Integrate control systems with mechanical and software components, ensuring seamless operation.
4. Oversee the installation and commissioning of control systems, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.
5 Perform rigorous testing of control systems, diagnose issues, and implement corrective actions.
6. Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, operation manuals, and maintenance procedures.
7. Provide ongoing support for installed systems, including troubleshooting, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
Skills:
1. Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g. Rockwell, Allen-Bradley, Siemens), HMI development, and SCADA systems.
2. Strong understanding of electrical control systems, sensors, and actuators.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
4. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
2. Desired candidate profile should have 5 + Years of experience in Industrial Automation domain.
