• Collaborate in Sales to Operations Turnover Meetings to receive project specifications and contract documents from the sales team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
• Utilize technical expertise to design building automation and access control workstations for new construction and service installations, ensuring adherence to specifications, sequences of operation, and controls submittals.
• Communicates with managers and project managers to complete job assignments in a timely manner.
• Creates Tidium Niagara Station backbone and communication structure per controls submitals and drawings.
• Loads and configures standard programming into field controllers and integrates the field devices to the BAS front end.
• Performs system integrations with 3rd party devices and equipment into Tridium, Siemens, or Distech controls systems.
• Creates programming for the control of equipment such as AHUs and simple Chiller Plant controllers using the GFX, ABT Site, PPCL, and Niagara software where required.

• Undergraduate degree in IT or Computer Systems or equivalent experience desired
• 2+ years’ experience in HVAC controls in a field technician role
• 2+ years’ experience in BAS controls in a software programming role
• Experience with Siemens or Distech controller products is required
• Tridium Advanced Niagara Certification is a plus
• Strong knowledge of engineering processes
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Customer focused, results-oriented professional and strong team player
• Self-starter that demonstrates initiative
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized to meet deadlines
