About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled professional to join a leading manufacturer specializing in advanced medication coating systems. This is a full-time, first-shift role based in Stoughton, WI, offering a competitive hourly rate between $28 and $38.
Core Duties

Diagnose and fix control system, PLC, and HMI malfunctions to ensure seamless production flow.

Manage the installation, wiring, and startup of various control systems and hardware.

Deliver remote technical guidance for our Indianapolis location, with occasional travel required for hands-on support.

Assist the local Stoughton maintenance crew with specialized electrical and controls troubleshooting.

Execute routine maintenance and system enhancements to boost overall operational performance and reliability.

Partner with engineering and maintenance staff to solve intricate technical challenges and foster continuous improvement.

Keep precise records of all programming changes, control system configurations, and electrical schematics.

Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly adhering to all quality and safety protocols.
Professional Qualifications

A high school diploma paired with at least two years of maintenance work, or an associate degree combined with one year of relevant experience.

At least two years of professional background working with automation or electrical control systems.

Minimum of one year of specialized training or certification in high voltage, HVAC, or electrical technology.

Proven history working within a manufacturing setting, specifically regarding preventative maintenance, machine repair, and equipment installation.

Practical expertise in diagnosing and programming Allen Bradley HMI and PLC platforms.

Strong ability to analyze and utilize technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

Help ensure high-quality output by demonstrating proficiency with a wide range of mechanical and electrical hand tools.
