What You will Do:

Value Stream Ownership: Drive performance across quality and delivery metrics; lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency.

Productivity Initiatives: Identify, sponsor, and allocate resources to support initiatives that improve productivity and streamline processes.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Represent Quest Global in all Value Stream-related matters; foster trust through consistent performance and responsiveness.

Stakeholder Balance: Navigate and balance the needs of customers, employees, and the organization to ensure sustainable success.

Demand/Workload Forecasting: Model and predict demand using market trends and customer insights to inform planning and resource allocation.

Capability & Capacity Planning: Design and execute plans to build capabilities and scale capacity within the Value Stream.

Delivery Management: Apply daily management practices to monitor delivery performance; proactively identify and resolve challenges.

Quality Culture Promotion: Champion systems and behaviors that uphold a culture of quality and ensure consistent delivery excellence.

Team Performance Management: Set goals, conduct appraisals, and manage performance to drive accountability and results.

Work Experience
What You Will Bring:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or higher, with a minimum of 5 years of management experience. Prior experience in GE Gas Power Controls Engineering for Excitation & Static Starter systems is essential.

Performance Leadership: Proven track record of driving improvements in engineering quality and delivery performance across teams and projects.

Global Collaboration: A strong global mindset with proven success working across diverse cultures and geographies. Willingness and ability to operate across multiple time zones to support regions including United States, India, Middle East, Europe, and potentially China.

Communication Excellence: Exceptional ability to communicate and present clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels—including management, peers, team members, and clients.
Work Requirements:
We offer flexible work options, including hybrid arrangements, to support the need of the role and align with company policies. This position is located in Hyderabad, you will be required to be onsite 3 days a week.
Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, up to 20% of travel is required.
