Job Summary:
We’re seeking a Conversion & Data Optimization Specialist to boost sales conversions and enhance the online shopping experience on Pharmazone’s website and app, optimizing CRO, site search (Algolia), merchandising, and chatbot performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze website and app traffic to identify conversion barriers and improvement opportunities.
- Plan and execute A/B tests and experiments to optimize user experience and increase conversions.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) to monitor performance and provide actionable insights.
- Optimize Algolia site search results, filters, and rules to improve product discoverability.
- Support merchandising activities such as product placement, collections, and visibility for campaigns.
- Review and improve chatbot interactions, recommending new scripts and responses to help customers effectively.
- Suggest improvements to UX/UI design, navigation, and checkout flow.
- Work closely with marketing, design, and development teams to implement conversion strategies.
- Prepare reports on conversion rates, search performance, and chatbot engagement.
- Stay updated on CRO best practices, tools, and e-commerce trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in CRO, e-commerce analytics, or website optimization.
- Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar).
- Experience using Algolia or other site search tools is a plus.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and A/B testing.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.
