Conversion Rate Optimization Analyst

Islamabad, Pakistan

We're looking for a highly analytical and insights-driven CRO Analyst to take charge of tracking and reporting our digital marketing performance. Your main responsibility will be to analyze user behaviour, website performance, and marketing channels (especially Google Ads, Google analytics, Semrush and Microsoft Clarity, etc.), and give us clear, actionable insights on what’s working, what’s not, and how we can improve conversions across our eCommerce websites.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze website traffic, user behaviour, and conversion data using tools like:

Google Ads

Microsoft Clarity

Google Analytics / GA4

Heatmaps & Session Recordings

  • Identify friction points and drop-offs in the user journey
  • Create weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Recommend CRO strategies to improve performance (A/B tests, layout changes, etc.)
  • Monitor and report on KPIs (conversion rates, bounce rates, ROAS, etc.)
  • Provide ongoing insights to improve UX, landing pages, and marketing effectiveness
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to implement your findings.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing analytics and CRO
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and user behavior tools like Clarity or Hotjar
  • Ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights
  • Understanding of eCommerce funnels and customer journeys
  • Attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Experience working with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other eCommerce platforms
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and event tracking
  • Prior work in performance marketing or UX research

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
