Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist

We are looking for a data-driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to improve website performance and maximize user conversions across digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience with A/B testing, and a deep understanding of user behavior, funnels, and UX principles.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze website and funnel performance to identify conversion drop-offs and optimization opportunities
  • Plan, execute, and manage A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates
  • Optimize landing pages, product pages, and user journeys for higher engagement and conversions
  • Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and CRO platforms to gather actionable insights
  • Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to implement data-backed improvements
  • Develop hypotheses, run experiments, and present clear performance reports with measurable impact
  • Continuously monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, bounce rate, and customer acquisition metrics


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Conversion Rate Optimization or performance marketing
  • Strong knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with analytics and heatmapping tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely, VWO)
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and customer behavior psychology
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business outcomes
  • Strong communication skills to present findings and recommendations


Preferred:

  • Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce)
  • Familiarity with SEO and paid marketing funnels
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or frontend behavior for quick experimentation
