Register the units on Oqood system in DLD (Dubai Land Department).

Complete and submit all required paperwork for the conveyance process accurately and within designated timelines.

Prepare NOCs & and perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the organization to support the conveyancing process.
Reconciliation of buyer information on CIF & Oracle

Verification of buyer information like passports, EIDs, or any other document relevant to buying the property in Dubai

Verification of buyer's home country address on Oracle as these required on the purchase contracts Buyer profiling on the system, input of correct data and verification

Translation of buyer information to Arabic on Oracle

Co-ordinating between sales customer service dept to complete the sale process related to documentation

Co-ordinating with Digital-Hub for updating information or documents
Payment plan revision authority on Oracle

Co-ordinating with clients in case of verification of information or documents

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
