About the Role

We are currently hiring an experienced Conveyancer to join our expanding team in Dubai. This role is critical in ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient property transactions across secondary and off-plan sales. You will work closely with brokers, developers, buyers, sellers, and relevant authorities to manage transactions from Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) through to transfer and handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end conveyancing processes for secondary and off-plan transactions
• Draft, review, and manage MOUs, SPA documentation, and transfer paperwork
• Liaise with buyers, sellers, brokers, developers, banks, and trustees
• Coordinate with DLD, trustees, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth transfers
• Ensure full compliance with UAE property laws and regulations
• Track transaction timelines and proactively resolve issues

What We're Looking For

• Proven conveyancing experience within the UAE real estate market
• Strong understanding of DLD procedures, trustee offices, and SPAs
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
• Professional, reliable, and solution-focused mindset
