Job Summary:
Role : Conveyancing Specialist
Experience: 2 years to 9 years
Job Location: TCS Magnum Chennai
Eligibility:
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
- Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts
- Carry 2 photocopies of Aadhar/PAN
- Carry 1 Passport Size Photograph
- Candidates to have registered EPs
- It is mandatory to submit a valid copy of TCS application form during the drive
Essential Qualifications:
- Graduate in Law (Bachelor’s in law /Master’s in law)
- Conveyancing knowledge and experience of handling real estate contracts
- Knowledge in contracts management, drafting, lease abstraction, lease management
Position Summary
- In-depth knowledge of conveyancing, contracts management, contract drafting, lease abstraction, lease management
- Ability to provide expert advice and guidance to clients and colleagues.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks in transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and managing client expectations throughout the contracts management process.
- Providing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Updating daily, monthly reports and trackers
- Ability to work independently and ability to multitask
Role & Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience on different Tools like SAP, Salesforce, Docusign, Adobesign
- Expertise in MS Office- Excel and Power point.
- Prior experience in drafting vendor and customer facing contracts.
- Good analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills, customer centricity.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Should be willing to accept challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- 2-5 Years of experience in conveyancing area/real estate contracts
