Summit Skilled Solutions is seeking seasoned leaders for conveyor electrical installation projects nationwide. These roles involve overseeing large-scale teams and managing installation for high-profile clients like FedEx, UPS, and Amazon.

About the Role:
This position requires managing conveyor electrical work from start to finish, including coordination with contractors and clients, blueprint interpretation, and daily oversight of field crews. This is a long-term opportunity with weekly pay, benefits, and per diem.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Supervising teams of 15 to 100+ installers
• Overseeing conveyor electrical installations and ensuring alignment with project goals
• Reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, and blueprints
• Leading on-site electricians and ensuring compliance with OSHA standards
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Tracking project progress and making adjustments to meet deadlines

Who We're Looking For:

• 7–10 years conveyor electrical installation experience (must appear on resume)
• 3–5 years Foreman or Superintendent experience (must appear on resume)
• Required experience in FedEx, UPS, or Amazon distribution centers
• Background with Bastian, Dematic, or Daifuku preferred
• Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding NEC code basics
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• OSHA 10 or higher
• Valid driver's license
• Must provide hand tools and limited power tools (drills, impacts, portable band saws) along with standard PPE

Compensation & Benefits:

• $45–$55/hr, depending on experience
• $100–$125/day per diem (7 days/week) – varies by location
• 58–60 hours/week
