Job Description / Responsibility

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Repair: Performing preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on conveyor systems to prevent operational halts.


• Component Replacement: Replacing rollers, pulleys, belts, motors, and bearings.


• Alignment & Tensioning: Adjusting and aligning belts for optimal functionality.


• Splicing: Performing belt vulcanizing and mechanical fastener repairs.


• Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving electrical (PLC, motors) and mechanical failures.

Educational Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical


• Skills Required: Petrochemical, Petroleum, Mechanical Technician, Oil Gas

Experience Requirements

• 5 to 10 year(s)
