Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager – RAM to join our City Transport team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading RAM development within the Qiddiya project, which aims to create the world's premier entertainment and cultural destination in Saudi Arabia. Your expertise in RAM and project management will be crucial in driving sustainable and effective transportation solutions.

As the Senior Manager - RAM, you will oversee the RAM development of all transportation assets across Qiddiya. Your work will involve collaborating with various consultants, stakeholders, and internal teams, to drive forward our commercial purpose to successful solution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of reliability engineering processes and targets to improve the performance and durability of systems, equipment, and assets.

• Ensure that systems, equipment, and infrastructure are available for operation when required by monitoring uptime, scheduling maintenance, and identifying potential issues before they impact performance.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for reliability, availability, and maintainability, using data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee the lifecycle management of critical systems and equipment, ensuring that assets are maintained, upgraded, or replaced when necessary to avoid system degradation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, RAMS, Transportation, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in a reliability, availability, and maintainability management role, preferably in high-capacity rail projects.
• Experience with RAM modelling, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), and failure mode effects analysis (FMEA) in major transportation projects.
• Strong understanding of asset RAM process.
• Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with a proven ability to lead collaborative behaviors across multiple business units.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience in managing RAM strategies within large-scale operations or critical infrastructure.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
