As COO, you’ll take full ownership of the UAE brokerage and consultancy operations - driving profitable growth across Resale and New Homes , delivering exceptional client experiences, and ensuring best-in-class governance, compliance, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Translate group strategy into actionable business plans and deliver against ambitious growth targets.
• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams across Sales, IT, HR, Legal, and Compliance.
• Optimise operational performance - from pipeline management to client service and sales enablement.
• Champion data, technology, and AI to power decision-making and efficiency.
• Maintain full regulatory and governance standards in alignment with UAE regulations.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven senior leadership experience in real estate , brokerage , or a related high-performance environment.
• Strong P&L and operational management background.
• Commercially sharp, data-driven, and people-focused leader.
• Track record of scaling teams, systems, and processes in a complex, fast-moving market.
