About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the company’s operational excellence and drive execution across all business units. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with a deep understanding of technology operations, fintech processes, and global team management. This role demands a visionary thinker with hands-on experience in scaling organizations, optimizing performance, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage daily operations across departments including Engineering, Product, HR, Finance, and Customer Success.
  • Translate the company’s vision and strategic goals into actionable operational plans.
  • Drive efficiency and scalability through process automation, workflow optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of policies that promote a strong company culture and vision alignment.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to set comprehensive goals for performance, growth, and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory standards, especially within fintech and data security domains.
  • Identify and implement new technologies and operational strategies to enhance productivity and service delivery.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation in coordination with the finance team.
  • Lead talent development, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration across global offices.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to ensure the company meets its strategic objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and board on business performance and long-term strategic planning.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a senior operational role.
  • Proven success in scaling operations within technology, SaaS, or fintech environments.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, product lifecycle management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams across different geographies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
