Job Description

We are hiring experienced Arabic Cooks to join our kitchen team in Qatar.
The ideal candidates must have strong experience in preparing authentic Arabic dishes, maintaining food quality, and managing daily kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Arabic dishes, including grills, rice dishes, curries, stews, and appetizers.
• Maintain high standards of taste, portioning, and presentation.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Handle daily food preparation, marination, cutting, and portion control.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and minimize food wastage.
• Assist in menu development and recipe improvements when needed.
• Work efficiently during busy service hours to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Arabic cuisine cook.
• Strong knowledge of Arabic spices, flavors, and traditional cooking techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Candidates available locally in Qatar are preferred.
