Job Title: Cook

Department: Administration / Operations

Reports To: Admin Officer / Manager

Job Summary:

The Cook is responsible for preparing and serving meals in a hygienic and timely manner. The Cook ensures kitchen cleanliness and proper handling of food items.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare daily meals as per approved menu.
  • Ensure food quality and taste standards are maintained.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, utensils, and cooking area.
  • Store food items properly and monitor stock levels.
  • Follow hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Assist in purchasing kitchen supplies when required.
  • Avoid wastage of food and manage kitchen inventory properly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Basic cooking experience (minimum 1 year preferred).
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and safety.
  • Ability to manage time and prepare meals on schedule.
  • Honest, responsible, and hardworking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
