Our kitchen is equipped with air fryers, regular fryers, stovetops, warmers, and ovens, allowing us to serve a diverse menu.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be capable of preparing and cooking various dishes according to established recipes and menus. This is a straightforward role that involves following instructions, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring that food is served promptly to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cook a variety of dishes using our air fryers, fryers, stovetops, and ovens according to the provided menus and recipes.

- Ensure food is prepared and presented to a high standard, following portion control guidelines.

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen space, adhering to food safety and sanitation practices.

- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and report any shortages to management.

- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet guest demands, especially during busy service periods.

- Help maintain the operation of kitchen equipment and tools.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a cook in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not required.

- Ability to follow recipes and cooking instructions accurately.

- Understanding of basic food safety and sanitation practices.

- Strong teamwork and communication skills.

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

- Work in a busy kitchen environment, accommodating up to 81 guests.

- Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
