Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of authentic dishes from diverse African regions (e.g., West, East, South Africa).
- Follow established recipes and menu specifications precisely to ensure consistent taste and presentation.
- Source, inspect, and properly handle African-specific ingredients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workstation.
- Monitor stock, minimize waste, and assist with inventory management.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of traditional African cooking techniques and flavor profiles is mandatory.
