  • Prepare and cook a wide variety of traditional and modern Arabic dishes according to quality standards.
  • Oversee daily food preparation, including cutting, marinating, and cooking, to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
  • Develop new recipes and add creative touches to Arabic dishes in line with market trends and customer preferences.
  • Monitor the quality of ingredients and ensure all received products meet required freshness and specifications.
  • Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards throughout the kitchen.
  • Manage the kitchen team and assign tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations during peak hours.
  • Monitor inventory levels, place food orders on time, and minimize waste.
  • Supervise final dish presentation and ensure all plates are served attractively and consistently.
  • Train chefs and kitchen assistants on proper Arabic cooking techniques and professional kitchen practices.
  • Coordinate with management to create seasonal menus and special offers that enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor operational costs and improve productivity without compromising quality.
  • Handle special customer requests and ensure their dietary needs are met.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
