- Prepare and cook a wide variety of traditional and modern Arabic dishes according to quality standards.
- Oversee daily food preparation, including cutting, marinating, and cooking, to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
- Develop new recipes and add creative touches to Arabic dishes in line with market trends and customer preferences.
- Monitor the quality of ingredients and ensure all received products meet required freshness and specifications.
- Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards throughout the kitchen.
- Manage the kitchen team and assign tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels, place food orders on time, and minimize waste.
- Supervise final dish presentation and ensure all plates are served attractively and consistently.
- Train chefs and kitchen assistants on proper Arabic cooking techniques and professional kitchen practices.
- Coordinate with management to create seasonal menus and special offers that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor operational costs and improve productivity without compromising quality.
- Handle special customer requests and ensure their dietary needs are met.
