Cook Cleaner / Kitchen Cleaner (Bakery)

To maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized kitchen environment, while supporting the cook and barista in daily operations, including assisting in serving dishes and beverages.

Duties and Responsibilities:

▪ Clean ovens, stoves, countertops, tables, and other baking equipment.

▪ Wash dishes, utensils, pans, and trays after use.

▪ Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors, walls, and preparation areas regularly.

▪ Properly dispose of garbage and waste according to safety guidelines.

▪ Organize and store clean kitchen tools in their designated places.

▪ Report any damage or malfunctions in equipment to the supervisor or maintenance staff.

▪ Follow personal hygiene and safety procedures (wear gloves, mask, apron, etc.).

▪ Assist with cleaning and preparing new baking tools or equipment when needed.

▪ Cooperate with the team to ensure smooth and clean daily operations.

▪ Assist the cook in plating and presenting baked goods or dishes for service.

▪ Assist the barista in delivering or serving bakery items and beverages to the counter or customers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

▪ High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Pay: ﷼1,500.00 - ﷼1,800.00 per month
