Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a wide range of South Indian dishes, including curries, breads, and desserts.
• Manage daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cook, with a strong focus on South-Indian cuisine.
• In-depth knowledge of South-Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking methods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
• A passion for creating exceptional food and a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
