Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases or orders in a professional manner
• Operate cash registers efficiently, accurately processing payments and providing change
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station and surrounding areas
• Support food service operations by handling food items safely and following proper food handling procedures
• Assist with meal preparation, food presentation, and basic cooking tasks as needed
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations at all times
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to support menu planning, catering, or special event needs when required

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or catering environments preferred
• Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards
• Experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is a plus
• Strong knife skills, cooking abilities, and meal preparation experience desirable
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail
• Familiarity with food industry practices such as food preparation, serving, and kitchen operations

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
