Cooling Tower Technician

Job Overview

Skodtec Cleaning is a leading cleaning company in Dubai, specializing in professional and high-standard cleaning solutions. As part of our expansion, we are seeking an experienced Cooling Tower Cleaning Technician to carry out safe, efficient, and hygienic cleaning and maintenance of cooling towers across residential, commercial, and industrial facilities, in compliance with UAE regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complete cleaning, descaling, and disinfection of cooling towers to meet hygiene and operational standards
• Inspect cooling towers for scale, rust, algae, and microbial growth, and apply appropriate cleaning methods
• Use approved chemicals, high-pressure equipment, and mechanical tools for effective cleaning
• Ensure full compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations during all cleaning activities
• Assist in basic water treatment, filtration, and chemical dosing procedures to maintain system performance
• Prepare and maintain service reports, checklists, and documentation
• Communicate site findings clearly to supervisors and clients
• Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects within scheduled timelines

Requirements

• 1–2 years of proven experience in cooling tower cleaning and maintenance (UAE/GCC experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, cooling tower operations, and chemical handling
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors, in confined spaces, and at heights
• Strict adherence to safety procedures and proper use of PPE
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
