Training Focus Areas

• Talent Management
  • Supporting talent development frameworks and competency models
  • Assisting in performance management and career development initiatives
  • Participating in talent reviews and succession planning activities
• Learning & Development (L&D)
  • Supporting training needs analysis (TNA)
  • Assisting in designing and coordinating training programs and workshops
  • Supporting learning evaluation and training impact measurement
• AI & Digital Transformation in HR
  • Assisting in LMS administration and learning analytics
  • Contributing to AI enabled learning, automation, and data driven HR initiatives

Learning Outcomes

• Gain practical exposure to modern HR practices

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, MIS, Data Analytics, or related fields
• Strong interest in HR, Talent Management, and Learning & Development
• Basic knowledge or strong interest in AI, digital tools, or HR systems is a plus
• Good communication skills in English
• Strong analytical, organizational, and teamwork skills
