We are looking for an experienced Coordination & Business Development Lead Specialist and a good team member who will work in SunExpress Antalya Headquarters.
Qualifications:
1. University Graduate or Higher Degree (Engineering in Industry or Computer science is a plus)
2. Experience in aviation and in commercial operation, in particular Flight Operations preferred
3. A sound knowledge of commercial operation, in particular Flight Operations preferred
4. Intermediate or better skills in MS Office applications
5. Budget planning experience/ knowledge
6. Being familiar with AI agents and other AI related possbilities
7. Good command of the English language
Responsibilities:
1. Acts in accordance with the company’s Safety Management System (SMS) policy and ensures that the Compliance Monitoring System (CMSM) and Safety Management System Manual (SMSM) requirements are met in his/her work.
2. Assists Flight Operations Management with operational and administrative coordination for Flight Operations.
3. Requests and coordinates budget planning with all OF departments and managing monthly forecast activities.
4. Manages the Crew Satisfaction Process, including coordination and follow-up with relevant departments.
5. Collects data, together with Base Office Administrators of Cockpit and Cabin Management at all bases, on matters within his/her area of responsibility.
6. Organises the OF Meeting to facilitate coordination between OF departments and other related departments (e.g., OG, IT, DT, TM) and OF sub-departments.
7. Coordinates and follows up on the periodic destruction of personal data within the Directorate/Business Unit, reports to the DPO, and promptly notifies the DPO of any changes to the data inventory.
8. Performs administrative and logistical tasks as defined by the Head of Department.
9. Checks and updates procedures and forms within the OF Department.
10. Compiles and prepares operational information, internal letters, and informational correspondence, and distributes them to relevant offices, departments, and individuals.
11. Coordinating/resolving OF related reports in Case Reporting System.
12. Constant communication with CMSM, SM, OP, OC, DOC, TM, OD
13. Coordination of business development activities for all OF divisions.
14. Analyze and identify areas for improvement within the Flight Operations work scope.
15. Performing any additional tasks assigned by the Flight Operations Engineering & Development Manager
16. Monitors industry trends, regulatory updates (EASA, DGCA, ICAO), and competitor practices to provide proactive input for Flight Operations improvements.
17. Leads or supports digitalization projects (e.g., EFB enhancements, data analytics, dashboard/report automation) to increase operational efficiency and transparency.
18. Coordinates KPI monitoring and performance management processes across Flight Operations divisions, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
19. Supports training needs analysis and continuous development programs for cockpit and cabin crews in coordination with Training Management.
20. Prepares risk assessments and contributes to mitigation plans for new business models, operational changes, or process improvements within Flight Operations
